Brovedani S.p.A. has received the 5 stars of Rating Welfare Index PMI 2022 that show a relevant level of initiative, management skills, significant social impacts on the company’s internal and external community and an economic-organizational commitment carried out by the company. It is a pleasure and a source of motivation for us to receive this recognition for the fourth consecutive year. The award was collected by Renato Mascherin, president of the Brovedani S.p.A, on December 6th, 2022 in Rome at the Palazzo della Cancelleria. The event was also attended by the Minister of Labour and Social Politics, Marina Elvira Calderone, who underlined the importance of the welfare as it becomes an opportunity for the companies and their workers and vice versa.

Brovedani is part of the automotive chain which is also living a momentous transformation linked to the announced farewell of the endothermic engine. “To that we add the problems of a reconfiguration of the supply chains following the deglobalization started with the pandemic – explains Sergio Barel, president and CEO of Brovedani Group –. For us who work in the field of the precision/fine mechanics, there is the matter of repositioning in other sectors and new businesses, a thing that we are already doing looking at other areas of the industrial system such as air-conditioning/climatization”. The more general context requires “a rebirth of the supply chains we had delegated to others, and that is a phenomenon to look at carefully, especially us who are well-positioned in Italy, East Europe and North America”. With a great attention “to the aspects related to sustainability, which are always been one of our drivers (of) growth”.

On November 26th our president Sergio Barel and Elena Lattanzio, Assurance and Quality Control Manager, attended the ceremony of the Fondazione MITS Academy, where Barel awarded the diplomas to 225 students who graduated between 2020 and 2021. Barel has then pointed out the importance of supporting and sustaining the MITS, because “it is the pre-requisite for the growth of the mechanics in our region”.
Brovedani will be present at “Elmia Subcontractor 15-17 November 2022: the heart of industrial know-how” into collective space of COMET – mechanical cluster of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
It brings together thousands of like-minded people to share knowledge, create innovations and do business right on the hall floor. This year on site and with tomorrow’s solutions in focus.

Ambassador Flumiani made a visit of Brovedani Slovakia headquarter in Galanta. The company belongs to the Italian Brovedani Group Spa, a leading company in precision components for the automotive sector.
The Ambassador was welcomed by the Director of the Company Mr. Renato Mascherin, by the General Manager of the Slovakian plant Mr. Damiano Breda and by the Lean Manager of the same plant Mr. Edoardo Mascherin who illustrated the path taken since the opening of the production in Galanta in 2004, that today sees the employment of over 200 people. Ambassador Flumiani welcomed the collaboration established by the company with the municipality of Galanta and with local technical training institutes. ” The high added value of technology and digitalization of production processes represents a flagship of this beautiful Italian industrial reality and an important contribution to the Slovak industrial fabric ”, declared the Ambassador.
Sergio Barel, President and CEO of Brovedani, in an interview Top 500 event in Pordenone declares: “Automotive is going through an epochal revolution that we have already experienced. Years ago we build precision mechanics components for computers currently this business is absent in our group, this experience allowed us to be ready to reorganize ourselves after consolidating the company, to look to new sectors, to be satisfied of 2021 results , we have consolidated 100 million of turnover “.
Also for this Christmas Brovedani contributed with the purchase of 560 solidarity panettone to fundraising by supporting: The CRO Aviano Onlus Foundation, to progress in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases, and A.B.C. Association for Surgical Children of the Burlo ODV, to support with donations of cutting-edge specialist equipment, with training of medical and paramedical staff, scientific research and setting up the Surgery department to make it more and more suitable for children.
